Terms & Conditions

-General Policy-

Products are in ready stock and will normally be delivered within 2 working days.

Most of products are real photo, provided to minimize the differences between product and photo. If it is not real photo (magazine or others photos as reference), 5-15% differences between product and photo is expected.

We support 7 days return and exchange, please read RETURN POLICY for further information.

 

-Payment Policy-

The available payment methods are Online Fund Transfer and Cash Deposit.

After the payment, customers should provide payment details to us via Facebook Messaging, WeChat or email including the details of Order Screenshot,Your Name, Bank Name, Payment date & time and the Payment Amount.

If you have overpaid us, the balance will be refunded inside your parcel. 

 

-Delivery Policy-

We start our parcel packing at 10.30am everyday (except Sunday). Your order will be sent out on the same day if your payment and payment details are received before 3.00pm.

Your parcel delivery may be delayed without prior notice due to technical or resource allocation issues. 

If your ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you before sending the parcel. You may request for a product change or refund.

Please make a remark in your order form if any delivery company are unable to reach your location.

If you do not receive your parcel after 3 days, we advise you to  contact the courier company directly for instant reply. We will not be responsible to any delivery failures caused by invalid addresses or contact number provided by customers. Buyers have full responsibility to the incurred charges for parcel resending.

 

-Goods Exchange Policy-

We support 7 days return warranty on all products. 

The warranty will be valid for 7 days from the date customer receives the parcel. Customer must inform us within 3 days from parcel receivement date for any exchange and return the parcel to us within 7 days.

To avoid warranty abusement, customers will not be refunded but are allowed to exchange to other PICO MICO products that are of the equal value.

Customers will be responsible for the posting charges unless it is PICO MICO mistake. However,only a maximum of RM6 post-back fees can be claimed in the case of our mistake.

To claim for this warranty, please ensure that the item is not used and retain its original packing and quality card.  Warranty claim will not be accepted if any stains, scratches or damages are found on the item.

Each piece of our online merchandise items will be checked by our staffs for quality inspection.The quality are recorded on cards. However, quality standards are very subjective; minor stain/spots, off-line, lint problem are not summed up as quality issues. If you would still want to return, these issues will fall under the “unsatisfactory” category.
