Pre-order

Please note that all of our products are in ready stock, pre-order only applies to product which is out of stock. After your order screenshot is received, we will contact to inform you your orders' status. However, if your ordered item is out of stock at the moment you make your payment ( which means it requires a pre-order or permanently out of stock from supplier), you may request for a product change or refund.

 

Things you must know about PRE-ORDER:

1. Pre-order will take about 12-15  working days to reach you. However, payment have to be made in advance.

2. Sometimes it will take shorter time to arrive if we have restock for second batch.

3. Please understand that as many parties are involved in the delivery process and that we cannot control the operation of third parties, we cannot ensure that a delay will not occur. In case of urgent order,please purchase ready stock.
